Visit to Sarajishvili Brandy Factory
Representatives of the InoSystems company visited Sarajishvili Brandy Factory. The purpose of the visit is to discuss the production of cognac alcohol.
Sarajishvili Brandy Factory is the first Georgian wine brand, the result of great desire and tireless work of David Sarajishvili. It was he who began the production of brandy using classical technologies in Georgia. It is noteworthy that David Sarajishvili not only brought the technology of wine brands from Europe, but also carefully studied the climate and soil of Georgia, selected the best grapes for the wine brand and favorable microzones for their cultivation. The company was founded in 1884, and in just three years, it released its first product in 1887.
In the years 1889-1912, the works of David Sarajishvili received international recognition and were awarded gold medals at exhibitions in Paris, Brussels and Chicago. In 1913, the company was awarded the title "Supplier of the doors of the Russian emperor."
